I prefer to drink green tea, because it is more useful for our body. Green tea tones my body in the morning. Btw, sometimes I take tea in special bottles which I found on http://allinpackaging.co.uk/containers/bottle/ to my training in the gym. I think tea helps quench thirst.
I mean tea is basically the god of all drinks, and if you argue to me about it I will write a essay about why tea is superior against coffee.
Actually, I'll do a mini-essay right now.
Tea was made in 2737 BC, so it's clearly the OG drink, whilst coffee was made in 1671.
Tea is also a lot more healthier for your body! I mean, look at the flavours! Fruits, Green etc.
And Coffee is just dull, I mean it's pretty bland. All you can really do is add milk or some stuff like that, and like I said tea has A L O T of flavours.
Also, tea makes me happy.
