Explain what happened & include as much information as possible: 2 engineers (zachiscopyed and bob) building teleporters into red spawn to allow spies in.

Can you get the Steam IDs for bob, Uganda Knuckles, and Swamp (Swamp for his rude behavior)? And in the future, please provide the Steam profiles and/or IDs for all users reported, as without it it's much more difficult to place a punishment.

While I would serve out punishments to the users involved, I am unable to due to the lack of Steam IDs.
