The El Jefe is an underated hat.

We need more loadouts using the El Jefe. I've never seen another Scout wearing it, and that kinda sucks, It's a really cool hat.

I don't know much about Scout Cosmetics and hats / miscs and stuff, related to making loadouts, but I'm sure if you put a lot of different things together I bet u will find something that matches great. Maybe even try to use a program to change the colors of the hats. :) I also don't remember if "The EI Jefe" is paintable.

Eh, the paint region for the El Jefe is weird. I might tho. See what color works well.
