Resolved The servers rules

So i was playing in a server when my brother got with !rtd the tiny mann and placed a teleport exit in a somesort of trap so the spys enter the teleport and they will be there forever until they die. when a admin connected he kicked my brother for "using teleports that lead spys to enemy base" but they cant spawn kill and nothing but i would like to know if a spytrap is also forbidden.
Edit: the spytrap was just for fun with my brother it was no intended to spawn kill (impossible)
