Constantly getting in front of my shot, spamming voice binds, switching teams just to keep griefing me because I killed him one too many times, I suppose.
I'm not sure if this is against the rules but seeing as how I've reported someone for this exact same reason (on a different community) and that person was banned for a day, I figured I'd give it a shot.
EDIT:
Player is also building teleports to allow enemy spies to enter our spawn.
