Declined Unban appeal

I got banned thanks to my cousin. I lent him my pc for 2 days and created him a second steam account incase he tries to sell or buy stuff.
He then downloaded aimbot from somewhere and used on tf2 and that got my main account banned permanently because of duplicate account. Thats why i would like to appeal to get unbanned.

It was called PapaDmitri2 but yes i did delete it after cause i didnt want my games to get affected.
Cause that hack was on tf2 it did got that account banned on nearly all valve games.
