2.) For duplicating account, the duplicated account (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198848771705) that got banned was banned for 'Cheat Spam' (probably stuff like GET GOOD, GET LMAOBOX)
3.) The duplicated account is not mine. It apparently has the same IP address. So I was thinking a bit, who would it be, who would want to get me banned. Then I got it. On 04-22-18 18:00, my ex-friend called Andria (https://steamcommunity.com/id/Kutozavri/) got banned for cheating on the dm_duel_v1c server. Me, and players called: Dan, ppandy02, CRINEX, DarkHunter and many others reported her for cheating. I also recorded couple of demos of her, and immediately sent them to admin. It got her banned.
Then she made another 2 accounts, which also got banned:

I wont seduce it to someone else, but this is really my only idea, because I remember that she was threating me with 'revenge' and things such as this.
So I think that she might somehow get my IP, and use it as VPN. Which she or someone apparently HAD to, because it shows that boths accounts are from Czech Republic.
Thank you all for help, I hope I can get unbanned. Also I am getting DDoSed often, so that might be her too.
