Accepted Unkown reason for ban?

I honestly don't know why i was banned? Besides the fact it says

I don't know what or how this would apply to me. My husband got banned off of your server for having modified his autoconfig for better performance and the values within weren't permitted. They happen to go by Mug0. It's also difficult for me to even potentially be an "alt" account, as we have played on the server together once. If more evidence is need, a discord call could be set up to prove.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
The ban is illegitimate and unfair. I understand it's an IP ban, but again, I'm not an alt account or anything and am willing to work to prove it.

Your husband was automatically banned by our anticheat for OOB/ Nevar values which is a fancy term for increasing / decreasing cmdrate values either above or below the limit, effectively making the game either smoother in FPS, or less laggy in ping.

Reading your story, I will let you have the benefit of the doubt that you weren't using the config for nefarious purposes, and should you be banned again, it will remain unappealable, is that understood?
