Explanation:
As soon as this player joined, he starts to head-shoot people and unlocking achievements. I immediately doubted that this user was using a cheating software/script. I also initiated a Voteban against him as something should have been quickly done.

He has already been VAC banned. Unless WL servers are not VAC-protected, no further action is required.
