Accepted VIP car suggestion

The /car bumperkart feature is very fun to use, but there is one very strong limitation: you have to be very careful to not hit any player because that would count as VIP abuse and lead to a punishment.
What I am suggesting is the following: To make it so that people using the bumperkart are unable to deal damage to other players BUT players that are themselves in bumperkarts, this is because bumperkart fights are very fun to do and i've seen many people enjoying doing that.

Can be quite difficult to avoid hitting people when you use !car.

I found that in a combat surf server, It made me (somewhat) invincible :/

can't say the same for other server maps
