Resolved VIP permissions issue.

My VIP+ permissions only seem to have worked on 2 servers so far. The other one's I've tried on have told me that I do not have sufficient permissions for the !vipmenu command. Any insight would be appriciated!

VIP perms can take up to 24 hours to update across all maps. Your perms should be fully available by tomorrow :)
