Declined Wanting to know why I'm banned

So, today when I tried to connect to Wonderland I see that I'm banned. Why exactly? (btw banlist doesn't work rn)

Well I don't know what really toxicity means, and nothing said what voteban abusing was. If the rules menu could say that that would be nice.

Can't even find anything about toxicity in there. Also the voteban abuse just only said that voteban abuse is forbidden, but didn't explain it enough atleast for me I guess.
