Yes, As the red scout finished picking his LR the warden during the video starts counting as soon as the countdown ended the warden randomly started attacking the red scout as the red scout was in his the process of giving his death request.

The warden asks how he want's to die, and asks if he wants to fight to the death, the scout replied with a yes through voice commands and also started fighting at the end of the countdown.

So, it wasn't a freekill, it was the scout's Death Request.
