What is considered a "negative order", and can you give some examples, please?

I assume it is an order like "you cannot not leave the cells".

Negative Order = Negative sentence with an order
You can not leave the cells --> Permitted because there is only one negative order in the sentence.
Perfect examples of what is not permitted by Olaves. "You cannot not leave the cells" which mean, in my point of view, you must : can leave the cells.
You cannot put multiples Negatives in your sentence. It will confuse players and I think that is why admins banned multiples negatives in an order.
