Tiramisu, Mocha and chocolate mousse (with orange liqueur, Triple sec) would be something I would like to eat after a meal.


sometimes 'Génoises' and 'Crème Bavarois' too (i have no idea how to translate that)
Génoise cake is very spongy and wet with lot's of fruits and cream
Bavarois is like a Panna cotta, which was made with traditional English custard, but tastes a lot better, imo
