There's this one desert called the Atacama Desert, located in Western South Africa in the coast of the Pacific. Apparently it's the driest - or at least, one of - deserts on Earth and I love that fact for some reason.
According to Wikipedia, it's also the only desert on Earth to receive less precipitation than polar deserts, that's some major aridity.
