One thing I dont under stand is that in the rules it says this "Do not Chat spam under any circumstances." So as I was talking to someone I was speaking in cap, all lowercase at the beggining and all caps at the end like this for Ex: How are you doing TODAY. And becouse of that I was muted for six hours. and I asked one of my friend why is speaking in caps considered spaming the VIP said "Non of your business". So there for I would like to know on why is speaking in CAPS considered spam and even though it does not say that in the rules. If not then So be it.

I gagged you for being toxic/disrespectful towards others, this is forbidden in all circumstances. Reviewing your chat-logs again, I could have also added "encouraging rule-breaking" since you were trying to get enemy spies to enter a teleporter leading into your base, but I digress. I will not be removing the gag and further offenses will be more lengthy. This is in the wrong template for appeals anyway.
