I would personally choose an Unusual Burning Flames Brotherhood of Arms, as it is my favorite hat combined with my favorite effect.
the cheapest unusual hat since I never owned one and I have almost 700 hours in tf2.
on the other side I'd pick a white lightning a head full of hot air

I love a head full of hot air such a lovely all-class hat <3. (if anyone has the unique/regular head full of hot air I'll trade pls) I'd also do any unusual effect other than orbiting ones and confetti and steaming, massed flies.
dream is to get nebula and they aren't that rare (~178 count in existence they sell for 2,277.22 ref, 42 keys, $91.09 USD) underrated cosmetic tbh

You can ask steam support to give it back to you if you deleted it or something, thats how I got my achievement items back :)
