i have been banned because i said kill all frenchies (spy) , my teamates were also calling spy an frenchie so i thought it would be okay to say it too

i didn't know where to read the rules before playing in the trade plaza so i wouldn't know how strict it was (also why is it a perma ban that is abit extreme)
