Says I'm banned, I went to the ban page and my name didn't show up for the past 3 days. I was on yesterday so I assume it happened last night or during the day today when I wasn't on.

I do have a vpn but I don't use it or at least I try not to. Its Hotspot shield and it won't let me delete it. I'm located in the United States

I was trying to join a NY surf server I always play on and it said I was banned. I found this weird because I never do anything against the rules so investigated. Just want to know if i'm spray banned. There's a count down and whenever it reaches 0 it goes back up to 60 minutes.

Today over a year of being on Wonderland servers i decided to buy VIP+, but when i go onto wonderland servers my VIP does not show up. Does anyone know why?
