I used to be good in tf2 then i left it for a year now my aim can't be fixed and it's random sometimes i aim good sometimes bad and i love playing demo medic and sniper but i can't aim as medic or sniper and i am so bad as demo, any advices?

Always aim on the level of the head when camping on certain spots,Also when you are standing to aim just make sure theres a wall behind so no spy can sneak on you if you see someone suspecious throw your jarate at him or try to headshot him to make sure and you gotta always be next to your spawn...
