Nah, i mean training similar to what tf2 has now, for players who just started. Unfortunately we only have training for soldier, spy and demo, but they don't give even half of the needed info to play those classes.

Do you think this game needs a training map similar to CS:GO's? I mean, i would really like to make one, as i'm semi competent in map making. Though i can't figure out what to include in it, so that it would be covering all needed aspects of the game, while still not being enormously large.
