Explain what happened & include as much information as possible: The player already received a penalty last week for doing an exploit with a grenade under a texture in a sewer. But apparently he didn't realize it. I didn't have time to make a demo because he ran away quickly when I went into the specs to record the demo.
I'm attaching a screenshot. You can see by killfeed that he killed the players with a grenade, and at that moment there is a shadow of the player + icon that did the exploit. Apparently from the chat he's not afraid of punishment, so I'm attaching everything I have. I've circled all the highlights.
