Hi, similarly to the thread you created earlier and highlighted by @Ray, we do not deal with focusing a specific player a TF2 is a combat-focused game.
If you would like to report for any sort of harassment towards yourself from a player, you can do so by making a report and following the template, and include evidence such as screenshots to show the harassment/insults.
For immediate help, use the !call function in-game and a member of staff will help as soon as possible.
