Hello, and sorry for the late response.

I have decided to not punish Acer the Fox because I have seen multiple cases of players ammo glitching unintentionally and this seems to be another case of that. The closest Acer comes to rule-breaking is when they shoot at the BLU's, but they were about to be killed and for something out of their control too.

If you ever find Acer the Fox purposefully exploiting this ammo glitch, then feel free to file an additional report. Thanks for this report too, even though no punishment came of it.
