Declined Appeal #2 for my previous ban.

I don't 100% expect this to be accepted. I was previously banned for homophobia, which in a third party point of view was possibly viewed offensive and I agree. I have sat out my original ban by around 4-6x (on-top of me evading) I don't have much to say, but sorry.

Considering that its only been 2 months since the incident I will not unban you especially considering that you avoided your punishment and you have 4 hate speech punishments when you should know better than to not say those things.
