2. can i atleast know why am i banned permanently.i was just on the server and when i left/disconnected myself and after sometime when i again connected to the server i was banned .(i myself dont know the reason for ban)

I looked in to why you were banned and found that you were votebanned by someone called "Pyro". Your second ban appears to be set by the console for using a duplicate account.

There's also several bans instated on different accounts using the same name for the same reason.
