I was gagged for Constantly trying to provoke & engaging in arguments they don't need to.

I was following the orders from the warden, asking for a repeat and explained why I was not KOS since the warden walked into my cell and was in the door way of the cells. I hit him since he was baiting and proceeded to move away, only to be attacked by the enemy Pyro. I soon get a notification that Eights gagged and muted me with no warning or a means to defend my claim

Yes, I did call admin on the person who did kill me but I had no knowledge an admin was on, and was restricted on using the /admin command

Going through some of your other punishments and from what I have heard from other staff, I do not believe your silence deserves to be lifted yet. You were on your final warning, and the silence is only around a day old as of writing this response. The silence will remain in place.
