3.) you should unban because i did nothing wrong and it doesnt show a ban on my profile.

You were banned because you were being racist. Now normally this would not be a permanent ban, however you had been permanently banned before for the same reason. You were given a second chance because you applied that ban, and you were told you would not be given a third. The ban is non appealable.
