Here is my appeal post from 2021: https://wonderland.tf/threads/banned-for-cheating.18107/#post-95317
A little more than 4 weeks, but it'll do. I'm making this because I recently ventured out of my favorites tab and realized I had been banned from your servers. It's been so long that I had forgotten all about it.

1.) Include your ban profile link, if applicable:

2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
A year ago I got banned for "cheating". In my previous appeal I suspected that it was because another player named "Stuart" was cheating (my name at the time was "stuart") and they accidentally banned me instead of the actual cheater. I still have no idea why I'm banned.

Stuart's ban: https://bans.wonderland.tf/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=Stuart+The+Gamer/Animator&Submit=Search

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
My appeal was denied by a moderator without any actual demo files for the match I was in. The ban reason listed no specifics. When contacting the moderator who banned me, he sent me a video file of his POV recording. That's it.

The video file they sent me: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...m_Fortress_2_2021.03.30_-_11.11.25.03.DVR.mp4

It showcased only 2 select kills out of a whole match. One shot was of a Demoman standing still, and the other was a desperation flick on a close Sniper. I'm genuinely surprised I got banned for this.

An odd thing I noticed is that their reply to my original post was edited. They originally said that I shot an invisible admin as Engineer, and then edited it to say I was cheating as Sniper and "Stuart" was cheating as Engineer? I'm sure you can see why I'm confused about this.

My appeal with their edited reply: https://wonderland.tf/threads/banned-for-cheating.18107/#post-95317
The imgur post I sent them has an unedited version of their reply:
I would appreciate it if you would unban my account. Thanks.

Hello. I'll lift your ban.
The video footage you produced was indeed the only piece of evidence we had. Chances are the staff reviewing it wasn't aware of the ping fluctuation. As a result, they decided to take action against you. Hence, the clip was insufficient evidence to have supported the ban.

As for Stuart, there was another player present on the server with you who was caught cheating. They were playing as the Engineer, and were continuously shooting/killing a staff who was an invisible Spy.

We apologise for your inconvenience, and welcome back!
