So I gave this some thought and asked around other staff members, and this really appears to mean nothing.

I couldn't find any meaning behind this so it's just a really dumb joke, rather than actually baiting the nword.

I understand that you were told it was bait by another Staff member, but I don't think it's enough to be considered bait.
