I think I called someone a snitch ass nigga in team chat because he told the guards my hiding location as a joke. about 45 minutes later i get banned for racism.

I wasn't being racist, this is ridiculous. Google the definition of racism. I've been playing on this community on and off for over 2 years and have supported it in the past with donating.
