Why was I just banned after my ban appeal being accepted?

I see now it was for an Alt account but let it be known I only made it to find out what had happened before.

This account was banned for evading the punishment that you appealed. I unbanned you unaware of the alt account.
Although the punishment you evaded was appealed, the fact that you made an alt account to avoid it still stands.
You mentioned avoiding this ban on discord, in the #helpdesk.
