i have been scammed by Player called FelikS

Maybe its his fault to connect my ip acccount and other guys account

When i got scammed, i waited one week to get help from steam support

Maybe in this time scammer tried to make another account to send my stuff to it and trade i to him

I've concluded that you're innocent. Most likely what is going on is that you have a dynamic IP plan with your ISP, and you ended up with an IP that a cheater had gotten banned on.
