Declined Banned by Serp

So i was playing today when a guy was using a map exploit so i reported him twice for it once for spawnkilling the other for the map exploit and got banned for 2 years.

Alright, that's not helpful, regardless I spoke to Serp about this.

So from what Serp has told me;
You had reported a user for spawnkilling, Serp told you that it was fine on the map you were playing. You then reported them for it again, knowing the user was doing nothing wrong.

Is there anything I missed?

You missed one thing. The 2nd report was for map exploits.

Using the walls at jail to kill people as soon as they got there

That's not exploiting.

The walls at jail are transparent on one side and can be shot through.

I see no reason to unban you as this was indeed a false call, especially with previous offenses for this.

Another note, you're banned for 1 week, not 2 years.
