Declined Banned for "avoiding punishment"

I was playing a wonderland TF2 Jailbreak (server IP: 104.243.38.50:27027) as a RED and I randomly got banned for "avoiding punishment"

Can I get more details on this vague reason? What punishment? I am so confused.
I think I should at least get some details on the ban or get an unban.

I was banned by the admin Oyasumi.

No idea. Only possibility for a different account to use the same IP as mine is if I accidentally left my VPN on and someone used the same VPN that I used. Could be a stretch but I honestly have no idea why the account is connected to my IP.

Speaking of VPNs, I use them because the wonderland server counts my real IP a proxy/VPN.

When looking at the accounts IP's your IP was connected to it and the admin who banned you confirmed that it is an alt account with having similarities that can't be overlooked.
