Declined Banned for duplicate account

1 year ago my account got banned for "duplicate accounts,, but I did nothing wrong. I was using NordVPN at that time, all hungarian IP's that might explain my relations to other accounts. The reason I didn't appeal until now, is because I stopped playing the game because I got bored of it.

Hi, I looked into your ban and noticed there is another account on your same IP which is named 'Totally not Blink1000 YT' which was banned on our servers for an sv_cheats SMAC violation.
This was followed by your 'WadupIsHere' account being banned no less than 5 minutes later.
Furthermore, your Steam custom URL is /blink1000offical/.

I think you're lying about using a VPN, and you are Blink1000, and you cheated on our servers, and are not admitting it.
