Hi went i Join Wonderland.tf it says I got banned because of "Duplicate Accounts" and i only have 1 account
is there a way that i can be unban

Those were never / created by me accounts i dont know anything about it or why is it in my ip i dont even what my ip is

and how do i find what my ip is? i really did not do anything wrong i swear
