Declined Banned for `homophobia`

Apperantly I got banned for homophobia in 3 am but I didn't even play tf2 that day and even if it was a ban for a previous day I played.Even if I did get banned,I could had at least been warned or muted or gagged.Banning someone for 3 days because they said something negative in chat is an unfair use of the administritive powers.I hope an moderator or an admin sees this and at least lowers my ban to 1 day or just straight up gags me.

It doesn't say in the rules that calling someone gay is a ban reason.And Is it offensive to speak with a friend I like? If you can see the previous logs and see who I was talking to you can check my friends list to see that he is my friend.
