Resolved banned weapons available through /weapons

Date: whenever /weps was added idk
Bug: by simply using the /weapons command you can access banned weapons like the atomizer and eureka effect. these are the only banned weapons in dr too as far as i know. i was able to jump like a normal scout (double-jump, not triple), and the eureka effect worked as normal.
i hope everyone knows why they were banned in the first place

/weps was disabled for Deathrun in our latest change-log. So, this shouldn't be an issue anymore.
