I believe you guys should review more into what really is a duplicate account bc I have appealed twice for the so called duplicate account that I have and i have been denied. It seems that I have a alt account bc my brother, his name is weaponboss143 shares the same ip adress as me and ray said that if it is true what I say then I should tell my brother to not join, I really should tell my brother to stop playing wonderland?? I dont think that is fair it's not our fault that we share the same ip adress and for an admin to say to a player to not play in their servers? I just really think you guys need to discuss how this ban must be places on those who are accused of it and discuss what are ways for the accused to prove that they dont have a alt account someone who has a similar situation like me
