I have been banned for [false reporting=ghosting=and long time ago offences] my reson I ask for unbanned is [I will never do it ever again I swear]

One, you weren't banned for ghosting, as Ray explained in shoutbox:

Two, you've had many bans for false reporting. Saying "I won't do it again" is mediocre reasoning at best and given you've had many chances to "not do it again" I have doubts you'll actually follow through with what you're saying.

I'm unsure what you not having a mic has to do with anything.

Being new is not an excuse to me, you've still had many bans for false reporting and therefore had many chances to learn from your mistakes and not do it again.
