Invalid can i get unguard ban on one of your jailbreak server

hi I was playing on one of the jailbreak severs when I joined the round did not start so then I went to the bathroom and I was dead the next round when I came back so I asked what happened and they said I was afk during a mike check and I got guard banned for not using it during a mike check when I was in the bathroom I do have a mike so can I pls get unguard banned :)
