Do you have any more of this recording? Near the end the user seems to have realized that it is a freeday.

He realises something else besides what he is doing rule-breaking.

Sorry for taking a while to respond. I've taken the time to look over the videos and I've concluded that the user will not be punished. Even though they did go Warden during a freeday they didn't really seem to disrupt the round at all, as cell doors were already open and noone seemed to mind. And near the end they died anyways. I hope this covers the situation.
