I checked that profile and it seems to belong either to my little brother or his friend. But i'm just thinking that the IP is it my computer's or internet's IP address?

I also just happened to find two other accounts, do these belong to you or your brother? These were also found connected to your IP.

That's correct. Both of them belong to my brother. One is his main and other one is his smurf account. If possible, you can keep the ban to my internet IP, but only give this user the access, if possible.

What was the date when that user got banned from your servers?

No, that's not how this will work. Your brother cheated on our servers and therefor he will not be unbanned. This subsequently means any further accounts and unfortunately your account will not be unbanned due to the concern that he will cheat again.

To answer your question regarding the dates, it is the following:

Original account that was banned (samurai somali) 2019/04/08, this was followed by your brother's other account being banned on 2019/06/07.
The third instance of a ban is yourself, on 2020/02/04, which you have mentioned.
Lastly, this was followed by your brother's alternate account which was banned 2020/03/31.

We do not tolerate cheating on our servers and under no circumstances give cheaters a second chance, even if it was your brother was caused you to domino into a ban.
