Depends on how long ago you stole in, im assuming that by you saying middle school you are in the US. The us has a statute of limitations that means you cannot be prosecuted for crimes that happened 5+ years ago. So... after 5 years you are safe

Mainly the jailbreak servers. Although one of the LA ones has seemed dead for the past few days :/
