Resolved How do I fix this Proxy?

From seeing this title you already know what this post is about, For some god forsaken reason I cannot/don't know how to enable the proxy that is required to be installed. Also this "Read more" button isn't helping me either because It ain't letting me click it, anyone have this problem before and know how to help? Administrator add me to the list?

Don't know if anyone checked and has reported about this but the "Read more" button is broken, we should have this fixed.

You do not have to install a proxy/vpn, but if you do have a proxy/vpn, contact an administrator about being whitelisted. If you do not have a proxy/vpn and still get kicked from the server whenever you join, contact an administrator.
