Declined I got banned for no reasone.

hello I have such a technical problem on all servers where wonderland or FREE ITEMS is written. I allegedly got a perma ban and I don't even know what I just normally played decently for then I turned on TF2 after half a year and suddenly I have a ban on the servers. I would like to please The reason why I got the ban and if I could remove the ban. I really don't understand what I got it for.

Hey there Currently its shows you aren't banned or have even connected to one of our servers.
I need you to do a few things for me


1. Give me any alts you might have used to connect to our servers
2. Show us a screenshot of the message you get when you try to join the server
3. Give the ip of the server that you are trying to play on
