Accepted I got banned for nothing literally nothing

i was about to play tf2 on the surf server and then it says "YOU GOT BANNED" i didn't do nothing

Now i remember i accidentally give that ip because i was about to give it to my friend while i was on the surf server and an ad showed up i was lagging but i managed to close the ad and saw the jailbreak ip popped up n the chat, can you unban me? I accidentally give that ip, i wasn't spamming it either
