Invalid i got banned

hello i got banned for "False Report"but i want to say i didnt make a false Report he Freekilled me and he said "i was on the ground" he was Dart he is a warden and i was on the bed and then he siad "That wasnt my my fault" and i got banned can i please get help? my user is

I told you to stay in your cell and face and hug the back wall, you act as if you were afk and not doing the orders, so i killed you.
Then all of a sudden, you reported me as a freekiller. Which would consider as a false report, and is therefore, bannable
